Heads up on the WPT with Grinder and Scotty Nguyen. A back to back appearance by both on a WPT final table, the only time this has happened so far and boy are these good friends enjoying themselves. I first met Michael in LA in 2005 and enjoyed a great meal out. This was just before he won the LA Classic and his meteoric rise to No.1 player in the world on the Card Player rankings. After winning the Classic he bought a mobile home piled in his partner and mother in law and took to the tournament circuit.

Another Grinder and Scotty Nguyen moment with a lovely little check raise. The check raise is often overused by poker players and this minimizes the deceptive effect of the play, but the move in the hands of a master poker player like Michael Mizrachi is a joy to behold.

In this video is a hand in which Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi plays a 3 deuce suited against Scotty Nguyen. Now, in many people's eyes this would seem to be a dumb play but serves as a perfect illustration of how to play against super aggressive poker players.

A super aggressive poker player is a difficult propositon at the table because they are so very difficult to get a read on and this is the best way to play them. They are out to steal a lot of chips but at the least expense so you need to play them at their own game and make every confrontation as expensive as possible. Quite simply, this video shows why Michael was the 2007 No. 1 poker player in the world.

The Butterfly poker chip trick can be a difficult trick to master and a lot of instructional chip trick videos have been made and they still didn't help me out. This is the best video I have found for the butterfly chip trick and I am sure it will help you master this poker chip move fairly quickly. One little bit of advice is to learn the chip twirl first as this will give you a heads up on the little knack of separating the chips easily.
